Orders

Sending the order form is a request, not a confirmed order. Your cake is booked only after we reply and agree on the date, design, flavor, size and price. Pidi Cakes takes a limited number of orders each week, and we may decline a request or a date.

Quotes, deposits and payment

We reply with a quote, and prices depend on size, design and flavor. No payment is taken on this website. Once we have agreed on the details, we will tell you how to pay.

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date and is due when we agree on your order. Your date is held for you once the deposit is received, and not before.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due in full 7 days before your pickup or delivery date. Smaller orders may be paid in full when you book.
• Pickup or delivery: We release your cake once it has been paid for in full.

If we do not receive your deposit by the time we agreed on, we may give your date to someone else. We never start a cake before the deposit is received.

Custom orders, cancellations and refunds

Every cake we make is a custom order, created just for you. Once we have agreed on the details and your deposit is received, your order is booked. We begin planning and preparing, and we take our time so your cake is made with care. Because of that, deposits are non-refundable, and we are not able to cancel or refund an order once it has been booked.

If your plans change, please tell us as early as you can. A change of date needs at least 7 days notice and depends on our availability.

We want you to be happy, and we will happily show you how it is going:

• When your cake is finished, we are glad to send you a photo so you can see it before it goes out.
• When your cake is picked up or delivered, we take a photo of it so we can confirm it arrived as described.

If something is not quite right, please tell us right away. We will do our best to make it right. We do not offer refunds on custom orders, so we ask that you be as specific as you can about what you would like when you order.

Designs

We love to design and experiment, and we do our best to create what you describe. Handmade cakes can vary a little from a reference photo, and colors can look different on different screens.

Allergies and ingredients

Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts and peanuts, so we cannot guarantee any cake is free of allergens. Please tell us about any allergy or dietary need when you order, and ask us about ingredients before you eat.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is always available. Delivery is offered by arrangement within our service area, during the daytime, at a location we agree on in advance. We deliver at our discretion, and a delivery fee may apply. We will confirm your pickup or delivery details when we confirm your order.

Once you have the cake, please keep it cool, handle it carefully and transport it on a flat surface. We are not responsible for damage after pickup or delivery.

Brands and characters

Character and brand names, logos and artwork shown on our custom cakes belong to their respective owners. Pidi Cakes is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The cakes shown are one-of-a-kind, handmade, edible creations made for private celebrations. We do not make or sell logos, merchandise or copies of brand marks. The photos are examples of what we have made. If a brand or character owner ever asks us to change or remove something, we will respond respectfully.

Photos and content

The cake photos on this site are ours. Please do not copy them without asking. If you send us a picture for inspiration, we use it only to make your cake. We may share photos of finished cakes online. If you would prefer we do not, just tell us.
